Scheduled maintenance is covered by E-Motor. Online support is available 24/7; technical support and recovery operate daily, 09:00–20:00.
Indicative range: 50 Ah — 85+ km, 60 Ah — 100+ km, 100 Ah — 150+ km. Actual range depends on load, speed, temperature and terrain.

Before pickup
Agree availability, rental dates, documents and payment terms. Inspect the scooter and record its condition in the rental agreement.
Your kit
Protective cover, battery, fast charger and key with alarm and remote-start control. A 10 A charger for 50/60 Ah batteries; 15 A for 100 Ah.
If something goes wrong
Contact us with your location, model and a description of the issue. Arrange maintenance or recovery with the team before travelling.

Battery running low before your day is over? During working hours, E-Motor customers can exchange a depleted battery for a charged one at our service point and continue their route without waiting for their battery to recharge.

How it works
Contact us with your battery capacity and check charged-battery availability. Visit our service point, return your depleted battery and collect a charged one. Each swap is charged separately at the rate for the battery capacity.
